Timber, laminate, and vinyl flooring differ in material and durability. Solid and Engineered timber features are made with real wood while laminate and vinyl feature a wood-like appearance and are made with hard-wearing and water resistant materials. Pricing-wise, solid timber flooring sits at the higher end while vinyl and laminate sit at the lower end. We have engineered timber available at multiple price points. Aesthetically, timber offers a warm authentic look and feel, while laminate and vinyl mimic the look of timber but can provide a cost-effective and easy maintenance option.

Our entire range is on display in our showroom where customers are welcome to pop in to see our flooring products in person, seek advice, collect samples and recommendations. We are open Monday to Friday 6:30 to 3:30pm at 25 Sundercombe St in Osborne Park.

Yes samples are available, visit our showroom in Osborne Park to see the complete range and choose a selection of colour samples to suit your requirements. Design professionals looking for sample libraries are encouraged to reach out directly.

We hold over 100 products locally and most stocklines are available at short notice, to be picked up within 1-2 days. For larger orders, delivery time may vary depending on stock availability (4-6 weeks), and for custom orders, allow 4-5 months lead time.
