When LaVie Interiors first became involved, the property had already undergone several previous renovations. While the home offered significant potential, uncovering and resolving inherited challenges became an important part of the transformation.

"The home had undergone a number of renovations previously, so when we started opening it up, we discovered numerous issues that needed to be addressed," Kim recalls. "The owner wanted a timeless aesthetic, a home where she could raise her children with an elevated sense of living."

"There's even a private balcony with a spiral staircase leading to the gardens, basketball court, firepit, cubby house and creek," says Kim. "The entire space feels playful and inviting."

"The original façade lacked balance," says Kim. "The garage projected awkwardly, and the master suite above didn't function well."

The revised layout now includes a luxurious walk-in robe, a spacious ensuite, a dual vanity and a private steam room. The result is a master retreat that feels both indulgent and highly functional while contributing to a more cohesive architectural expression.

Throughout the home, a refined black-and-white palette establishes a sense of timeless sophistication.
